1. Training Plan Structure: They are tired of guessing which type of workouts to do, how often to do them and at what intensity. They want to use their limited training time optimally to get the maximum benefit from each session and boost their overall performance.
2. Accountability: It can be very tough to maintain discipline and motivation during your training journey.This affects your consistency and performance. Having a coach and knowing he is keeping an eagle eye on your performance is what helps every client go do that training session when the MIND is saying NO!!!
3. Balance: Life is dynamic. Balancing personal life, a busy work schedule and triathlon training is not easy. Your training need to be adjusted to fit your lifestyle otherwise you will struggle long term. It might feel that you are not training enough to achieve your goals, because of "LIFE", that's why you need a coach who can help you find balance, but also have confidence in your training process with an effective training plan.
