In this free 20-30 minute discovery call, we will get a broad idea of your triathlon goals and your situation.

We’ll help you determine if personalized coaching or a structured training plan is the right fit for you—and discuss which of our training plan products best matches your needs, goals, and experience level.

You’ll learn how our coaching works, what kind of support you can expect, and whether our approach aligns with your style and motivation. It’s a no-pressure conversation to see if we're the right fit to support your triathlon journey. Basically we will answer all you questions, and try to explain to you everything you need to know for you to make the best desicion.

Once you select your training and coaching plan, we’ll kick off your journey to get your onboard the Triadict Team!

Expect a personalized follow-up call or WhatsApp chat where your coach will gather details to craft a tailored training plan. We’ll discuss in more detail your training time available, available equipment, lifestyle, fitness level, and medical history to ensure a perfect fit.

Share your goals, and we’ll align your plan to match your ambitions and integrate seamlessly into your life. Our plans are delivered on a 7day period for most athletes and we believe in making unlimited adjustments to this plan during the week to make it fit your busy lifestyle.

Training and Coaching

Your success comes down to how often you can show up to perform your smartly designed and customized training sessions.

Although there are some key training sessions along the way, the goal should always be consistency over a longer period of time. We expect you to provide detailed feedback on training sessions. Your coach will do the same. Communication between coach and athlete is super important. Your training plan will be devided into blocks.

Training load will differ depending in which phase you are. Your coach will be by your side the whole journey, and we recommend you to use him as much as you can, as we believe in offering high value to each athlete.

We make your training journey less complex, to help you achieve more consistency. Yet, we don't want you to waste training time by doing unrelevant training. With limited training time, we make sure each sesion has a spesific goal our outcome.
